About this experience
The reefs of Baa Atoll support healthy populations of hawksbill and green sea turtles, and several sites within a short boat ride of Dimora Blu are known for consistent sightings.
We visit two or three reefs on each trip, moving with the tide. Turtles here are habituated to snorkelers but respected — we keep a quiet distance, and sightings of three or four individuals in a single session are common during calm weather.
The waters are warm year-round and visibility is generally excellent. Suitable for beginner snorkelers and families with confident swimmers.
