These Terms govern your use of dimorablu.com and any services you book. By using the site or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General

  • Parties. These Terms are between you (Guest) and Dimora Blu.
  • Acceptance. Booking or using the site means you've read and accepted these Terms.

2. Bookings and reservations

  • Booking process. Provide accurate information and payment details. We may refuse or cancel a booking if information is incorrect or incomplete.
  • Payment. Deposit, balance, and cancellation terms will be stated at booking.
  • Cancellation. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a one-night charge.
  • No-show. If you do not arrive and have not cancelled, we may charge 100% of the booking cost.
  • Amendments. Changes to dates or room type are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Check-in and check-out

  • Check-in. 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out. 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
  • Early arrival, late departure. Subject to availability; additional charges may apply.

4. Conduct and use of property

  • Guest conduct. Behave responsibly, respect the property, staff, and other guests, and comply with local laws.
  • Damage. You are responsible for damage to the property caused by you or your party.
  • Prohibited activities. Illegal activities, excessive noise, and disruption are prohibited.

5. Pricing and payment

  • Currency. Prices are in USD and are subject to change until confirmed at booking.
  • Methods. Credit card, bank transfer, and online payment gateways, via secure third-party providers.
  • Taxes and fees. Applicable taxes, service charges, and resort fees are clearly stated during booking.

6. Refunds

  • Eligibility. Per our cancellation policy at the time of booking.
  • Processing. Eligible refunds are returned via the original payment method within 7–14 days of cancellation.
  • Non-refundable. Some promotional rates are non-refundable — check your booking terms.

7. Limitation of liability

  • No warranty. The site and services are provided as is and as available.
  • Liability cap. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking.
  • Indirect loss. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your stay.
  • Force majeure. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual property

All site content — text, images, logos, designs — is owned or licensed by Dimora Blu. Do not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our permission.

9. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites and partners. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

10. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your booking or access to the site if you violate these Terms or act inappropriately.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Maldives. Disputes are first attempted to be resolved via negotiation; if unresolved, they may be submitted to the Maldives' competent courts.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
