gather each monsoon.

Manta rays feeding at Hanifaru Bay

Hanifaru Bay, a short passage north of Dharavandhoo.

A note from the hosts

A small guesthouse on Dharavandhoo, a village island in the heart of Baa Atoll.

Three room types, our restaurant, and Mélo — our wellness spa. A short flight in from Malé, a short boat out to Hanifaru. The beach begins a few steps from the door.

Opening in 2026.

Three rooms,
three views.

Each room at Dimora Blu sits in the same house, on the same beach — but chooses a different relationship to the ocean. Pick by view, or by quiet.

The island.

Dharavandhoo is an inhabited island, not a private one. There is a domestic airport at one end, a small harbour at the other, and about six hundred people in between.

You can walk the whole place in a morning — a mosque, a school, a handful of cafés, a market where the boats come in. A bikini beach for swimming. Sunrises best watched barefoot.

Hanifaru is a short boat north. Our table is two minutes from your room.
